Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Msemen farci:
- Pâte à Msemen
- 250 g farine
- 250 g semoule extra fine ou fine
- 300 ml eau
- 5 g sel
- Farce
- 250 g viande hachée
- 1 cc paprika
- 1 cc curcuma
- 1 cc poivre
- 1 cc cumin
- 2 vaches kiri
- 150 gr beurre fondu
- 3 cs huile olive
- 100 gr fromage râpée
Instructions to make to make Msemen farci
- Mettre farine semoule dans un récipient ajouter sel
- Versez l'eau et pétrir pendant 10 min
Laisser reposer 1 h00
Pendant ce temps de repos préparer la farce - Émincer poivron et oignons en petit morceaux
Mettre ce mélange dans une poêle et y mettre 3 CS huile olive et le sel et les épices Laisser cuire 10 min et mettre de côté à refroidir


- Après refroidissement prendre un récipient mettre viande hacher y intégrer le mélange oignon poivron
Mélanger le tout y ajouter fromage râpée et vache kiri mélanger à nouveau Mettre de côté


- Reprendre la pâte de Msemen former des boules de pâtes 5 normalement pour cet quantité (moi j’ai doublé les doses)
Recouvrir laisser 30 min au repos
- Après faire fondre 150g de beurre ce beurre vous aidera à Étaler les boules de pâtes et badigeonner

- Badigeonner un peu huile sur la table
Étaler avec votre main la pâte en formant un rond badigeonner tous ke cercle de beure fondu
Plier 1/3 de la pâte sur le centre du cercle remonter le 2eme tiers sur le milieu vous obtenez un rectangle.

- Prenez une rectangle et former un triangle comme pliage de briouat ou samosa.
Ainsi de suite jusqu’à épuisement des ingrédients


- Aplatir les triangle et les faire cuire sur poêle
